Terms of Use

Hyperjournal — a personal Hyperliquid trading journal. Last updated 8 July 2026.

By using Hyperjournal you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple: it is a free, read-only journal for your own Hyperliquid perpetuals trading.

What Hyperjournal is

  • A journaling and reflection tool. It reads your public fills from Hyperliquid's public API, reconstructs them into trades, and stores the notes and tags you write about them.
  • Read-only. It never places trades, never holds or moves funds, and never asks for a private key or seed phrase. Signing in is a message signature, not a transaction.
  • An independent project. Hyperjournal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hyperliquid or any exchange.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Hyperjournal is financial, investment, or trading advice. The statistics it shows — win rate, expectancy, profit factor, cost drag, the "leaks" panel, and everything like them — are descriptive arithmetic over your own past fills, shown to help you reflect. They are not predictions, recommendations, or an assessment of what you should do next. Trading perpetual futures is high-risk and can result in losses exceeding your deposit; every trading decision you make is yours alone.

Data accuracy

Trade data is reconstructed from a public API that can be delayed, pruned, or incomplete — a trade opened before your stored fill history begins is flagged, but other gaps may not be. Treat every figure in Hyperjournal as an estimate and verify against the exchange before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions made on inaccurate or incomplete data.

Your content

The notes, theses, tags and ratings you write remain yours. You grant us only what is needed to store them and show them back to you. Do not store content that is unlawful or that you have no right to hold. We may remove content or close accounts that abuse the service (spam, attacks, attempts to access other users' data, or automated scraping beyond your own account's API access).

Free, as-is, no warranty

Hyperjournal is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time, and the service may be suspended or discontinued entirely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperjournal and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it: zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use Hyperjournal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
